Feedback Feature
Submit feedback or get questions answered in no time

 

As a user, your feedback helps make AnywhereWorks better. You can use the feedback feature in AnywhereWorks to submit a request you have, report an issue that you are experiencing with the product, or send a message to the AnywhereWorks team.

Submitting feedback from the app

  • On the dashboard, click your profile.

  • Click the gear icon and choose Feedback.

  • Click the paperclip icon to include an image attachment along with your feedback.

Support via Email
AnywhereWorks also accepts feedback via email. You can email your feedback/queries directly to dev.aw@anywhereworks.com.
Support via Chat
For live assistance from the AnywhereWorks support team, you can start an instant chat on the AnywhereWorks website.

  • Click on the blue video cam button in the lower right corner of the home page.

  • Next, choose either call or chat-based assistance from the AnywhereWorks team.
